1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing AARJAV INFOTECH's digital platforms or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the professional relationship between AARJAV INFOTECH and our clients, ensuring a framework of excellence and accountability.
2. Scope of Services
We provide precision-engineered software, AI development, and digital transformation consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Technical Specification or Service Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific project contract, all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and base architectures used by AARJAV INFOTECH remain the intellectual property of AARJAV INFOTECH. Ownership of final custom deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed project fees.
4. Confidentiality
We operate in high-stakes environments, including government sectors. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information, project logic, and organizational data shared during the engagement. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are standard for all mission-critical projects.
5. Professional Liability
While we strive for technical perfection, AARJAV INFOTECH's liability is limited to the terms specified in the individual project contracts. We are not liable for external system failures, unauthorized third-party access (beyond our control), or indirect damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our registered headquarters.
